Senator Takubo moved to amend the bill on page four, section one, line eighty, by striking out the words “W.Va. Code §29A-3-1, then filed in the State Register.” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: W.Va. Code §29A-3-1 et seq., then filed in the State Register. The Commission is authorized to promulgate an emergency rule in the event of price changes from vendors affecting the routine warehousing charges.
